Please accept this Letter of Authority (LoA), granting permission to TTL Consultants Ltd t/a Hawley Energy (Company No 09882627) and Baseline Power Ltd (Company No 1014906), ADR Registration C35BASE03), of 1st Floor Clifton House, Clifton Road, Brighouse HD6 1SL, telephone number 01484 929545, email address [email protected], to act on our behalf.

(Registration No: ) including all subsidiary companies, are acting as our energy, sustainability and compliance management partner for all matters relating to the supply of electricity, gas, water and GHG reporting.

This LoA does not authorise any third party to make contractual changes on our behalf. Any contractual agreements must be signed by one of our authorised representatives unless we provide written approval for them to act otherwise.

This LoA permits the named third parties to request information relating to our organisations energy prices, invoices, billing, payment and appropriate debt information such as (but not limited to): consumption data, metered (MoP and MaM), data collection, pricing details, contract end dates and supply numbers held in third-party or industry databases.

In the case of multiple sites, this LoA is valid for all our sites/locations.

Hawley Energy and Baseline Power operate as a Third-Party Intermediary (TPI). They may charge either a commission (uplift) or management fee. All fees will be agreed with us in advance to ensure full transparency.
